It is a ste p in th e rig h t direction for th e fu tu re d evelopm ent of th e city, because now people can build hom es in c ertain sections of H illsboro w ith assu ran ce th a t some old shed or so m eth in g of a sim ilar n a tu re will not he built rig h t along side of a fine hom e. It is a pity th a t zoning cannot he con sid ered e a rlie r in th e life of a city, as the need here has been a p p a re n t fo r several years.
